Zanetti - Kassel

Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Eiscafe und bestimmt auch das letzte Mal. Das Eis eher Durchschnitt für viel Geld, der gesamte Inhalt des von mir bestellten Kännchen Kaffees passte exakt in die dazu gereicht Kaffeetasse und dann war immer noch Platz in der Tasse! Möchte nicht wissen, wieviel Kaffee es bei Bestellung einer Tasse gibt! Auf die Beschwerde meinerseits gab es nur ein Achselzucken und auch vom Inhaber nur eine lapidare Aussage "das ist unsere normale Menge Kaffee für das Kännchen". Ganz ehrlich, man bekommt eine Kaffeetasse Kaffee zum Preis von einem Kännchen - unglaublich. Der Service war mittelmäßig bis unfreundlich.Das beste an dem Eiscafe ist noch die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Königsstraße.

War schon öfters dort gewesen aufgrund der optimalen Lage im Citypoint. Das Eis war wie immer sehr lecker. Die aktuelle Größe der Eisbecher fällt im Verhältnis zum Preis leider sehr klein aus. Die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung ist sehr ausbaufähig.

Das Zanetti ist ein gutes Eiscafe in Kassel. Direkt im Citypoint ganzjährig geöffnet. Das Eis wird sehr schön präsentiert. Ist nicht günstig aber es gibt ganz viele , tolle Sorten

The Italian ice-cream parlor is located on the second floor of the City Point shopping mall in the middle of Kassel. From the terrace (smoking allowed!) you have a great view on the Königsplatz. There is a large selection of delicious home-made icecream and decent coffe-specialties. Service is more than reasonable but you might need some patience when it is very busy. It is somewhat more expensive than average but it is surely worth it. The only other down-side is that on our numerous visits the restrooms always turned out to be dirty and increasingly poor maintenance standard, despite the fact that the were OK at inception. A management issue but disappointing. We will surely keep on coming and would surely recommend Zanetti for a break during your shoppng tour or Documenta visit.

Was really great the ice cream and the crêpes are really delicious. The ambience is also very beautiful, there is also a terrace, but it is for 18 years as you can smoke there. Prices are large and not too expensive. The staff is also very nice. It is unfortunately also very full, but this again shows that it is good, there are also a lot of choice of ice cream toast there are breakfast and small warm meals zb bruchetta Great ice salon always recommended
