Ulenspiegel - Kassel

Beautiful rustic pub with nice personal and good beer. inexpensive also in average. what only likes is the authentic atmosphere.Snacks also exist.

The ulenspiegel was long time our stem pub. Clearly, we have also lived more or less directly towards the transversal alley. but also now, despite greater distance, we are always opposed, especially in summer. inside the pub is very dark and original. the beer garden in summer is atmospheric really great. the beer is well tempered, the small and large snacks tasty and affordable and the service on zack. there are very many regulars here...always a good sign.

In winter before the ulenspiegel has its glowing wine to drink at an absolutely moderate price what. the small diners offered in the outdoor area fit wonderfully to the more rustic ambiente.

Especially in summer it is almost like a short holiday to let the day end in the beer garden of the ulenspiegel. very friendly uncomplicated staff serves incredibly cheap drinks and tasty little food. in an oldtimer, which stands in the beer garden, extremely tasty flame-cakes are produced, but in the kitchen a delicious North Hessian "steel" is cut open... atmospheric and priceless!

I live right around the corner and like to be there. the publikum is local and you know one of the few non-brewing pubs, so there is a variety of hahn and from the bottle, and occasionally seasonal highlights (Octoberfest beer). also the wine card is very well sorted. in the summer I can recommend the flammkuchen on the terrace very much!If there is something to eat from the small kitchen, if it is full, geduld is said.But even then this will be rewarded with good quality!Short and good: always happy!
