Humboldt 1a - Kassel

Zarte Ochsenbäckchen haben uns erwartet. Ein Traum. Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung und sehr gute Getränkeempfehlung ( ohne Alkohol ). Als Vorspeise Tartar mit Kaviar und Wildsalat. Gaumenschmaus pur. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I always find it great when you notice a kitchen that the chefs practice their profession with passion. we were there with 14 people and enjoyed the evening more than. thank you.

Last minute reservation. We got a nice table. The food was delicious and sophisticated. The wine pairing was bang on good! The dessert (humboldt chocolade) was the crown jewel: moelleux au chocolat served to perfection with white chocolate ice and a chocolate mousse. The building...is by the way also very interesting and an attraction in it’s own right!

The filet was one of the best I have ever experienced, the cocktails were perfect and the owner suggested an amazing wine that we immediately ordered a case for delivery. I highly recommend Humboldt
