Great place to drink (beer and cocktails) and relax, also the diner card looked nice but it was a bit early to eat! We ordered a plain Pizzabread with Rosamarin, tasted good! The terrace is in between two roads so bit noisy but also provides privacy! We liked the drinks and Sun!
Most awful experience in Kassel: no service, bad overcooked food, do not have the wines on the list but serve anything, very expensive. And so noisy you cant talk. Never again!
In a nice old villa at the Wilhelmshöhe Allee you can have a good dinner at Eigenart 116. The food is good. Well prepared. The ingredients are good, fresh. The service is OK. There are some elements to improve. The knives are not usable for the pizza. The toilets are not clean, smell and the paper was out of stock. For the prices they ask, this should be better. But a recommendable restaurant.
We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids. One of the children who is 4 was overlooked when the drinks order was taken. Then the kids meals were brought out about 20 minutes before the main course even though we’d asked for them...to arrive at the same time. The main courses came out over the course of about 30 minutes. Everyone had finished when the last main course came out which was a pizza and when it did arrive it wasn’t what had been ordered. When we expressed any sort of displeasure we were shouted at and informed we were unreasonable. The staff spent most of their time attending to their mobile phones rather than seeing to customers. The food was fairly mediocre. The schnitzel could have been a frozen one heated up in the oven. The chips tasted like oven chips. Appalling excuse for a restaurant and more of a social club for staff.
