Boutique Nebespán - Kasperske Hory

A beautiful family hotel with delicious gastronomy in the heart of Šumava. The food is prepared by a French chef and the wine list is excellent. The evening menu with optional wine accompaniment in a great ambience is particularly recommended. I found the evening menu with accompanying wine to be at Michelin level. The cakes and desserts prepared in the in-house bakery are also fantastic. The coffee is of top quality and rounds off the culinary experience perfectly. Personally, I had, among other things, a cappuccino with a lemon cheesecake. There is also a shop and a bistro (Nebeskram). Home-made products and snacks such as jams, homemade pasta, croissants and great wines are offered there. The service was always first class during my stay. The friendly and helpful owner family gave me recommendations for excursions and always took care of my concerns. The room was very nice with a quiet location and a beautiful view of the hotel's own garden, which is especially accessible to hotel guests and offers a cozy retreat. The accompanying breakfast buffet was varied and also very tasty.

The evening tasting menu is great, the environment is pleasant, the owner is nice, the owner spoiled the impression with his measured approach, and we recommend unifying and improving the clothing of the staff. Service: 3 Location: 5

It's hard to imagine a better location in a beautiful part of Šumava, in the center of the picturesque Kašperské Hory, Hotel Nebespán is truly a special place. From the simply furnished but stylish and comfortable rooms to the super friendly staff. The kitchen and dining menu are a chapter unto themselves the sophistication of appearance and taste is unprecedented and every single dish is truly a peak experience. The hotel has its own farm shop with a wide selection of homemade and other products, and a cafe with sweets that cannot be compared to the mastery of the local cuisine in terms of quality and creativity. The hotel has an infrared sauna and a large garden at the back of the building. At every step here, you can feel that everything is arranged in such a way that the guests' experience is maximum. Thumbs up and much respect to the owners and all the staff!

Disappointing for us. Over 200 km from home, we were looking forward to breakfast. There was no mention anywhere that they wouldn't sell breakfast today for some reason. The lady in the sky shop told us that today only an omelet or bread with spread, which would not be a problem at all, but the staff at the restaurant told us that today only cakes. Damage.
