Vita Cafe Karratha

Nice dimly decorated cafe restaurant for couple and families. large dinning area. Family friendly service made me feel at home. Food on plate was well presented but a little strong with MSG. I like their outdoor seating lounge frontage.

Absolutely love the food and service.. The green curry is nothing less than amazing, so good my 5 and 7 year old begged to go back the next night and have a mild one.. Of course we went back...

Nice food , menu items limited to certain dishes during lunch , evening fully available, table service is provided but wait staff seem reluctant to provide this service , even. When it's quiet , been three times and always same , but the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and looks great

Vita, Vita, Vita……….. What a disappointing experience. The location is great, parking aside. When walking into the place, it looks clean and tidy. The tables and chairs are clean, the cutlery in the containers on each table are plentiful and clean also. Then it goes downhill from there.The waiter taking the order was polite and friendly, but he didn’t write our order down and completely stuffed it up. We ordered two kids meals and two adults meals, 4 drinks and 2 entrees. 30 odd minutes later the drinks arrived. Ok….. its not a busy night but maybe they knew that and didn’t have a lot of staff on.25 minutes later, one adult meal rocked up. WTF? Where’s the entrees? 10 minutes later another adult meal as well as a single entree arrrived followed immediately by a single kids meal. 5 minutes passed and nothing else came. I asked the friendly waiter where the other stuff was. He said entrees were still coming. I asked about the other kids meal. He forgot about it. He said he’d get the kitchen to rush it. No don’t bother, its pointless now. Maybe you should write the orders down??The Thai curry was nice, the seafood fettuccine was rubbish. The calamari we ordered for the kids was great, shame it didn’t come for two people as ordered.The bill came and we were charged for an extra soft drink that wasn’t ordered. By this stage I’d had enough of the place and just paid and left. Never ever to return.

Service wasn't good, she was very rude for no reason. food just wasn't good. I don't think I'll be ever coming back.
