Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited this restaurant for breakfast. The staff were pleasant, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was quick. I ordered bacon and eggs, which is my usual breakfast choice, and I appreciated the option to customize it with additional items. The food was decent, but I expected better from a cafe. The coffee was the best I've had in Karratha so far, which isn't saying much. It was served hot in a generous mug at a reasonable price. I would return for the coffee, but I'm not sure about the breakfast.
I visited this restaurant six months ago and there has been a significant improvement since then. The service was very poor the last time, but this time the starters were served quickly and went well. However, the Thai salad was bland and when I asked for some chili on the side, I received chili flakes - a first for me. To my surprise, I was told that no coffee is sold in the evenings, which was also a first for me. I decided to order dessert, despite my reservations, but after waiting for half an hour, we decided to pay the bill as they had forgotten to put in the order for dessert. I will be coming to Karratha regularly over the next 12 months, but I will be avoiding this place during that time. The Blanch bar was definitely the better of the two places I visited on this trip.
The Cafe offers a pleasant atmosphere that is especially enjoyable on warm evenings, thanks to its spacious outdoor seating area. The food, while a bit pricey compared to restaurants in Perth, is enjoyable. Some of the staff may be a bit hard to understand, but they still provide good customer service.
Took the family out for a meal as a special treat.Menu description did not match the food that was served. Crispy fried prawns turned out to be chewy sautéd frozen prawns. Really not nice. Teenagers were disappointed by their menu choices too.We wont be back.
We turned up and asked to sit outside. The waitress told us to 'here take these menus and sit'. We sat down, after about 15 minutes of being ignored, we flagged down a waitress. I ordered a bottle of red, she snatched the menu out of my hand and held it up to the light and wrote the order down on her arm. She then forgot about it. Another 15 minutes later, we flagged her down again and asked for the wine. We asked to move tables, which we did and it took her another 10 minutes to clear it for us, stating that her staff and her were 'too lazy to even clear tables'.She then continuously flirted with a table of middle aged men, in front of everyone- it was awkward to watch. Out food however did come out within the 40 minutes of ordering it, which was unexpected to be honest after hearing several other tables complain that their food had taken over an hour to arrive. The Penang curry was delicious, as were the chicken, water chessnut and prawn dim sims. I will not be returning, this is the third time I have been there and nothing is improving. The cost is absurdly expensive for what is a very standard menu.
