I've been to this cafe many times in our town, despite the fact that there are many others. First, there's a very good quality and size of the roll. Second, there are acceptable prices and regular actions that detract even the grayest day. And third, very good staff. Personal gratitude to the staff!

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! Made an order at 19:30, we were promised to deliver the order in 1 hour 20 minutes. 2.5 hours have passed, and the courier with the order is still not there. They called the number of Zhishi, explained our situation and the girl said to expect a call soon. Another hour passed, no courier, no call, we did not wait. We called this organization again, they assured us that they would call us back soon. But alas, there was no call. After some time, patience finally snapped, we made the third call. As a result, they promised to make a 20% discount and deliver the order in an hour. And lo and behold, the courier arrived at 00:15. But unfortunately the quality of the rolls left much to be desired, everything fell apart, absolutely not tasty and sad! Will not order again and will not recommend to others. One star only for the fact that polite operators, and also made at least some kind of discount.

I do not recommend the establishment. We ordered a certain set of rolls, plus one type of roll for points. As a result, several rolls were not included in the set, and the system of food for points does not work at all, because these rolls were also not included. And that is not all. We waited for delivery for 2 hours, and the employee got rude to the complaint about the lack of rolls, only at the end throwing something like “we can deliver the missing rolls” (that is, the ones for points as a favor. Thanks, no more. The dish itself is dry and not very tasty. We don’t order here anymore and deliberately gave preference to “eat with us”, which do not let us down, hold the bar and delight with delicious rolls for 2 years. Conclusion: that's rudeness, it can beat off customers;
