The best sushi on Karpathos! Stacey's Yum-Me Kitchen is a small, sushi restaurant located in Pigadia. The restaurant was only when we were here open on Fridays and Saturdays, but it's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. I had the opportunity to dine at Stacey's Yum-Me Kitchen twice during my recent trip to Karpathos. I was blown away by the quality of the sushi. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the rolls were perfectly made. I tried the Rock Prawn roll, the Spicy Crab roll, the Tiger roll, and a Maki roll with Tempura shrimp. All of the rolls were delicious, but my favorite was the Rock Prawn roll. The prawns were cooked perfectly and the sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The service at Stacey's Yum-Me Kitchen is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are always happy to answer questions about the menu. Delicious sushi and good main courses. The drinks prices are a bit high. Otherwise, gladly again. What needs to be highlighted in terms of service is the owner's daughter (or younger employee , who offers great service in a very professional and friendly manner.
