Pinchos - Karlskrona

Went with family for the first time. Had to order and wait for 40 minutes for Tapas food. The dishes were nothing special. Too salty mushroom soup. Not great risotto or other veggie options. Overpriced. Hungry child had to wait for too long and there was no idea of reordering more food due to taking so long. Annoying mobile phones ringing from pinchos restaurant themselves which they took long to even answer. Will not go back.

For someone like me, who don't really like waiting on the waiters, Pinchos' idea is great. You order from an app on your phone and you get a message to pick things up when they're ready. You can order as many, or as few dishes as you like. You can even pay without human interaction : The food however is average, not good, not bad. If I go here again, it's not because of the food.

The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and friendly staff, but the food was quite average and didn't exceed my expectations. It just wasn't to my taste. I apologize for the negative review.

Always cozy and friendly with delicious food, pinchos is the place to eat in karlskrona, they also take very seriously!

At first, I had high hopes regarding this restaurant. How bad can it be when it 's a chain of restaurants that somehow manage to spread to several locations? Bad! As a summary, it felt like a McDonald 's concept but with more expensive interior design, just to be able to demand a higher price for the dishes. Staff wise, the mean age was perhaps a couple of years older than McDonalds staff, but definitely not more than that. When trying to keep a higher quality in a restaurant, solely young staff is not going to work. We were five persons. It took the chefs 1 hour ! to make some kind of very mediocre tapas . The meat was over cooked, the cheese balls and the quesadillas lacked flavour. There were many groups of teenagers at the restaurant and they seemed happy, but if your a bit older and tried anything other than McDonald 's, this will be a disappointment. I will definitely not return.
