Karlskronas' only non-sushi oriented Japanese fusion restaurant. quality and taste meet the expectations with its high price range. the restaurantbar has a high standard in the hygiene and view of the sea is spectacular, I cannot talk about the rest of the menu as I did not try. However, the drivers were satisfied with the combination of sweet and the way they present the court, I notice Scandinavian touch on Japanese dishes. their re-interpretation gives more imaginative feeling on the popular oriented, which often as an affordable sortiment in the homeland, but it feels quite amazing that this restaurant extends the range of Japanese foods with high quality. Although it feels a little expensive, it is understandable in view of the situation. I do not compare directly with those on the streets of japan.

Very beautiful location and design and very respected presentation, but for a Japanese/Sushi restaurant the fish is a great absent. I tried chirashi and sushi and it was hardly possible to guess the fish inside, in a cuddly amount and masked by the device. the tofu salad was not exceptional. it would be nice to redesign the dishes and help the fish to clear the leading rolls, more Japanese simpleness directed to the essence, then the side decoration. in all a beautiful experience, but I want to come back and try the other dishes.

I had another fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food was beautifully presented and of exceptional quality. This place definitely stands out from the other restaurants in Karlskrona. I will definitely be returning.

I visited this restaurant with some friends during the week. The restaurant is situated right on the waterfront, offering beautiful panoramic views of the water. The interior is bright and well-decorated, with a minimalist yet warm and cozy feel. We decided to try the set menu and were extremely pleased with our choice. Dish after dish arrived from the kitchen, all of them delicious and some exceptional. The Asian influence in the food was prominent, with clever incorporation of European flavors. The service was good, despite a few minor mistakes made by some new staff members in training for the busy season. Overall, definitely a restaurant worth visiting again.
