Nya Indian Curry Restaurang - Karlskoga

Sadly this restaurant was poor in several ways. First of all the signs on the door say it’s a pub. There was no wine or spirits, only 2 kids of beer. Their website states they have wine and spirits as well. The music sounded like something you would hear in a fish restaurant in Iowa in 1986. The menus were old and tattered. The smell of cooking peppers was pouring out of the kitchen and most of the dining room patrons were coughing. The owner opened to patio door much to our relief. We ordered 3 dishes, the Chicken Tikka Sizzlar, a Paneer and a Chicken Archar that was supposed to be medium hot and had NO spicy heat. The nan bread seemed to be pizza dough! I kid you not, pizza dough! This was the worst Indian food any of us has ever had. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience, but 3-4 would have been nice.

It was already late in the evening, and I was wandering through the streets of Karlskoga, searching for a place to eat. As I walked past this restaurant, I noticed that it was still open, despite the late hour. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad that I did. The food was absolutely amazing and that Mango Lassi was delicious. Loved the vibe of the place. But what really made the experience special was the owner, Khalid. He came over to my table to check on me, and we struck up a conversation. He was so passionate about cooking and was excited to share his love of food with others. We talked for a while, and I could tell that he truly cared about his customers. If you're ever in Karlskoga, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant. The food is amazing, but the kindness and generosity of the owner are what make it truly special.

I came 10 minutes before some other people. I ordered 2 minutes after I came. The other people that was there ordered the same thing as me. I heard it, and saw it when they got their before me. They were 4 and got 4 meals before me. I waited another 20 minutes before I got the wrong thing. But it is good decorated and good food. I do not recommend going here. PS: They said that I got served after them because they were Indian.

Something for one. you have to visit because the evry tourist has never had such delicious food in my life, even in my own country. they have in the center of the city they can sit on the side and enjoy their meal and beer with the fresh air of karlskoga. koch mr. khalid ready to eat especially under his understood mind. he interacts with most customers take care of well cooked, tasty well organized. from the appetizers to broth, main course to sweet court evry ding is eaten here to speak. the taste is still fresh on my back. a must visit

It was not impressed. the personal has explained, however, that if I reorder and specify how I would eat it, it would be much better culinary experience. naan brot and zwiebel bhaji had a good taste and presentation.
