Imperial - Karlovy Vary

In these days it is beautifully restored and updated, comfortable and very well equipped hotel. originally built in the 19th century as the exceptionally well planned, beautifully designed and technologically advanced (at the time) spa hotel. it is very refreshing to see that the commitment for quality that was originally founded continues. the personal of the hotel is also competent and attentive. the spectrum of treatments varies and effective and everything is immaculately clean. also the environment is very attractive, looking at the mountains beautiful and stimulating relaxation and peace. I enjoyed staying in the hotel for five days.

The employees at the reception were very friendly. the waitresses were a little busy and sometimes something unfriendly. the breakfast was great. diner was good, but not too elegant.

We had done our high time here in this week, everything was amazing and very professional, our friends from Britain had never heard of the city or hotel, but said they would definitely come back, thank you for everything

Amazing hotel on the highest point of karlovy vary with a magnificent panoramic view of the city, staff and services are perfect

Great location for a panaromic&unique view of the spa town. Nice breakfast options and amazing serving location (this meal is mandatory when booking a room) buffet style Tourist/city taxes&charges extra parking costs are calculated per night (1 room 2 nights 2 people 1 car around 39eur paid at check out) Appreciated&thankfull for the complimentary water bottles, coffee machine with pods included, wellness&fitness access included in the booking, free rides with the imperial cable car based on the room key *cable car's timetable not available inside the hotel (but good that it operates workdays, weekends, holidays) *gym is situated outside the hotel, in a separate building, near the parking lot (personally not ideal) There were evening musical events, but not promoted (no info provided at check in nor during the stay) The interaction with the reception staff and other hotel personnel was mainly done in german language In the lobby area , there is a touristy pamphlet/broschure section , a printer and an ATM available
