Gloria Jean's Coffees Lucky One Mall Karachi

Very poor food quality. Latte was poorly made. Cake not fresh at all. Very dirty.

The last time i came to gloria jeans was in 2019 and i had a lovely experience hence i came back when i visited again this year. however my java chiller with vanilla icecream did not taste good and the pasta was bland. my husband enjoyed his creme bulee drink though. and my 2 yr old son vomitted the chocolate fudge cake back out . the cake seemed as if it was defrosted from frozen. i wont be coming to gloria jeans next time. 3 stars for the creme bulee and the service otherwise it would have been 1.

A couple of days ago we visited the Gloria Jeans branch in Lucky One Mall, and their service was slow and coffee was pathetic. We ordered two cappuccinos and one latte in regular sizes. First they were slow in bringing the coffee so the coffee was cold by the time it reached our table and second the coffee was weak as if the coffee beans were being reused. On complaining to the staff they added an extra shot of espresso but that is not how a cappuccino is made. The latte that they brought to the table was in large size instead of the regular size that we ordered, on pointing out the mistake, the staff member said that we won't be charged for the change in size, as it was their mistake. The barista still needs a lot of training to provide customers with strong hot coffee which every coffee lover needs. They need a professional and well trained barista because the current situation will see Gloria Jeans lose their coffee loving customers.

Bland starters, no taste at all. Both crispy chicken and mozzarella sticks were worst ever tried. Cheese cake was delicious and coffee was below average
