Kitzstub'n in der Kuenstleralm - Kaprun

We went in and asked if they served vegetarian eating and the waitress said they didn't. then we asked if they served cold drinks and didn't say anything. Finally we ordered sprit and then if we wanted to use the toilet. they did not allow...and said the toilets were for hotel guests and the toilets were only in the rooms. a few minutes later, some people used the toilet and they were also there just to order drinks. when I came back and asked. She showed me the way to the restaurant. she is a very racist person and the hotel has made a mistake to employ her. hopefully she learns from this incident. btw we are brown skinned and I think they hate dark skin because other guests were Asian or european amd they were allowed to use the toilet. here is the photo of this rude lady. avoid them if possible.

Beautiful location and a very clean and comfortable environment. we were not in the hotel, but ate in the restaurant. a small but beautiful menu and eating was very good. the staff is very friendly and helpful. that's a great location. for a few nights or just a bite to eat.
