Burger King - Kappel-Grafenhausen

So my salad looked like the old ones were lying down and just put some leaves on top of them freshly ... waited too long....too big snake for a cashier instead of opening the second....Personal though nice but will no longer go down there definitely underoccupied.The display from the menus were broken or exhibited and partly also installed.This was the worst Burger King where I ever was or generally an almost food chain.

Distinguished, lacking staff, the rest crew was completely overwhelmed, everywhere the garbage lay around, simply unappetiably

It is an absolute realization under which circumstances employees must work in this store and what the store looks like. Thirdly, they had to deal with a storm where I would have thrown the towel directly!The lady and the cashier had (not exaggerated) 30 people who were waiting and at the same time had to serve the clientele in the drive thru. In the kitchen, two more employees were practically at work on drowning!I had to wait since entering the store 35min until I was served and then wait 8min for my food again (even if it was a barbecue order, it is not standard to wait so long).The ads above the counter (the overview menu) seem to be defective, because there was nothing to see that the store smells extremely dirty and there is no leaking oil. The ventilation is out of operation.The license is immediately withdrawn! If you do not do anything, I will inform the trade police and the food supervision!With such a branch you have to be ashamed and don't push it to the employees present, but to the owner/operator, which this branch should put on its knees with the toothbrush!

The staff was friendly, the food was good.Leider is the place more caputt than all. Lights, monitors and toilets were defective
