Yummy Korean Bbq - Kapolei

Yummy truly delivers! If you're a meat lover and enjoy spicy chicken, you'll be thrilled by the generous portions. While it is on the pricier side, it's definitely worth it. And I have to say, the mac salad is absolutely amazing. Aloha!

Had a wonderful experience at this local spot. The tables, counters, and floors are beautifully clean, and the drink service is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure to prepare your order just the way you like it. They also serve the sauce on the side, allowing you to add just the right amount of flavor to your meal.

I opted for the BBQ chicken and spicy poke, along with three veggies and a side of rice. The cashier was kind enough to inform me that getting rice instead of a veggie side would be cheaper. My husband chose the kalbi with spicy poke. Wow, it was absolutely incredible! The fusion of flavors from the Korean dishes and the poke was fantastic. The meats were flavorful and juicy, and the poke was fresh and tender! It leaned more towards spicy than creamy, which I really appreciated. The vegetables were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the chap chae (noodles). I’d rank it with the best I’ve had on the island, comparable to Song’s in Waipahu. On my second visit, I ordered a mixed plate of kalbi and meat jun with a side of spicy poke. The kalbi was amazing, and the meat jun was a thick, tender piece of meat, although it could have been a bit more flavorful. The poke retained that delightful smoky flavor, and all the veggies were excellent, with the noodles still being incredibly tasty. The portion sizes were reasonable. Considering the quality and the amount I received for the price, it felt like a good deal. The cashier was exceptionally friendly and helpful; she even showed me how to get a better deal and asked if we were military to offer a discount! I absolutely love this place. I’m thrilled it’s close to home, and I’ll definitely be returning often!
