Located in the Kinipopo Shopping Village and opening at 7 am, this bakery specializes in croissants, making it a perfect spot for a quick breakfast on the go. They offer both savory and sweet options. I tried the goat cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomato croissant, and it was absolutely delicious. They also create wedding cakes. The bakery is easily visible from the road, and there is outdoor seating available in the center of the shopping area, away from the traffic. When I arrived around 7:15 am, one of the staff members was preparing a batch of turkey Reuben croissants with sauerkraut and Russian dressing—definitely drool-worthy!

The croissants are outstanding, featuring delicate flaky layers that melt in your mouth, and they are stuffed with an array of amazing flavors. The chocolate croissant, in particular, stood out as exceptional. In addition to sticky buns and incredible cakes, there are also savory options available, making this place a must-visit. The owner exudes warmth and truly embodies the aloha spirit. With great people and fantastic food, this spot is definitely worth stopping by.

The staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to chat with. I've also learned that the ingredients they use are sourced locally and of the highest quality. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. This has definitely become one of my favorite spots for a morning meal on the island.

Without a doubt, the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life is the sticky macadamia nut buns. They are perfectly sweet, beautifully balanced with the toasted and slightly burnt flavor of the macadamia nuts. Absolutely amazing!

I'm here in Kauai celebrating my birthday but with all of my food allergies I was having a hard time finding a birthday treat until I found this place. The chocolate lava cake is amazing! We purchased a few other pastries for everyone else and they also said they were delicious. We will definitely be back!
