Boiler Room Brewhaus - Kansas

I should probably give this place 4 stars, simply because they aren't open enough. But it was such a great place that I'll give 5! The owners/brewer worked the bar and they were friendly and down-to-earth. The beers were tasty. What more do you want? (Other than to be able to go there more than 3 nights a week?

This is a great spot! The beer is excellent and any purveyor of good beer is going to be satisfied. Lots of good local conversation whether it be with the proprietors or the folks at the bar, have always enjoyed the company here. On weekends they have fun events with food trucks/bands/comedy. If you are in Fort Scott and it is a Thurs-Sunday you've gotta stop in!

It's Friday night, not to crowded and waiting for a one girl band to start up. The big stout is good with a little hint of sweet!

Great beer selection. Bring food in and eat it with your beer. Then stay for a painting class. I will make this a frequent place to stop at at.

Drove about an hour to visit. Closed down. Wish they’d update hours accordingly.
