Good food. Fresh bread. Everything is hot or the proper temperature.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Every single time i order from them either an item is missing or the food is not made right. There should be no excuse for always messing up an order in that way. 11th street location is a much better store.

My order was correct and the food fresh and hot. But the wait in line was at least 20 minutes as they said they only had three people working. Suggestion: Let people know at the order intercom that the wait will be long so that ppl who only have 30 minutes for lunch can esdily get out of line and go somewhere else, or at least, back to work empty handed, but on time.

Ok customer service. Food was kind of cold. Worst of all they forgot food then when I try to call no one answer the phone.

Out of au jus for French dip and out of cheddar cheese for roast beef n cheddar at 7:30 pm??? These are your two most basic items....smh.
