Waffle House - Kansas City

To call this an experience was an understatement. Amazing server, she was just awesome. The food tasted home cooked. But the people behind me were the best part Ruth was goin on and on about some domestic violence. And it all happens at a Waffle House.

The Waffle House is a fav breakfast spot of mine. The staff was wonderful to me. The meal was delicious. Kudos to the staff. It is tough in the trying times we have all faced. Show the staff kindness and it will be reflected back upon you.

Excellent place to be and/or eat and the customer service and utmost RESPECT is the best food for the warmed heart-you come to Waffle House yes of course for the food but you always stick around and actually enjoy your experience because of the hardworking people behind that counter and standing in front of the hot grill cooking your food. It is always very streamlined in all aspects. The fact that the buildings for any and every Waffle House are small, it is perfect for who they are and their basic-of-basic beliefs of how customer service is the cornerstone AND the lamp light of treating customers how they SHOULD BE treated, instead of what you feel they should be treated like. Prior to this particular visit with my cousin and her husband, I had not been in a Waffle House in a decade. There are some business models for food/fast food that work on uniformity being their trademark....Waffle House however keeps uniformity in all they do because the quality output shows it all. Keep up the excellent work in all you are and how well you treat your clientele. Stay safe EVERYONE and as always; best regards!

It's what you come to expect from a waffle House good slightly greasy breakfast. There was one single guy working in the middle of a snowstorm. He wasn't the happiest fella, considering the situation I wasn't holding it against him. Food was great.

Food was good! So much we couldn’t eat it all. I can’t remember her name but our waitress was top notch. Would go back again.
