This is definitely the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is attentive and considerate.

I placed my order through the app and selected in-store pickup. When I arrived, there was no line at the drive-thru, so I decided to go through it. However, they were unable to fulfill my online order there. I don't understand why—they could easily accommodate this at other places! Why does it take five steps to get our order? We had to wait behind another car just to park and walk inside. I think they should focus on better serving their customers. After all, it shouldn't matter whether the order was for in-store pickup or drive-thru.

After leaving a nearby hospital I stopped here for a late night meal. The person who took my order was very personable and helpful. I ordered a Steak Power Menu Bowl and a Taco Supreme. They verified they had my order correct prior to providing a total and accepting payment. The food was fresh, hot and accurate. This experience exceeded my expectations. However, they did charge me $1.20 for a tiny cup of extra guacamole, which I did think was too much. For what Taco Bell is it was an overall great experience.
