Spin! Pizza - Kansas City

Pizza wasn't bad, just don't go in there and look for many toppings on a pizza. Very economical. Sandwich great taste,again not on the larger side. Gelato was good

I recently moved from this place over the street. Other places in the neighborhood were great, so I thought I would give this place a shot. Without problems ordered and it went downhill from there. Waited for 10 minutes at the bar for a coke. Then waited and waited for my order, an appetizer and a salad. After about 20 minutes I was told that they had forgotten to make my appetizers and I would agree to take it. I was fine with it, although it seemed a strange approach, especially since there was no sight at all of my meal. Ten minutes later they came to tell me they only realized they were out of the salmon for my SALMON salad. They're so sorry. So far I had spent 30 minutes there. I said no problem, just make the order for the Salmon Salad and I would only take the appetizers I was sure to go by then. They reimbursed the whole order, which was good, but by then I just wanted to go, so I asked for the appetizers. Amazing, it wasn't ready! They said they had done it in a few minutes, I had no appetite anyway, so I just left. I didn't just win 't go back, I'm gonna tell this story to everyone I'm meeting in the neighborhood and advise people to enter their perpetrators.

I am a fairly regular customer of the Burlington Creek site and let me say the pizza is always excellent. If you order beer, usually, lately it requires a memory that I have ordered, and it has not been delivered yet and I am usually there when the restaurant is not even close to being full.

Delicious as always. Funny family dinner. We love to sit where we can observe how the chefs make the pizza. Sometimes they torture the dough.

Pizza and ice cream are amazing! However, I ordered a beer that was clearly displayed on tap, was brought the wrong one and when I asked for it to be changed they acted like I was crazy saying they never have had it even tho clearly displayed on tap! The server said they would bring me a new beer and never brought it. So they acted like I was crazy for ordering something clearly on the menu, we paid for a beer that I didn?t want, and my beer never got replaced. Love the food here but this was a frustrating experience!
