Prime Sushi On Main - Kansas City

I've never had a negative experience here. It can get a bit noisy when it's busy. If you're dining alone or with one person, the bar is a great choice. The service is quick, although the kitchen often prepares food faster than the sushi chefs, so if you order from both, your dishes might not arrive at the same time. They have an excellent selection of beers and a very friendly staff. Plus, there's plenty of parking available behind the restaurant.

I visited this restaurant on Christmas night, and it was surprisingly busy for the holiday! I ordered five spicy tuna rolls, and if you're a fan of spicy tuna and enjoy a bit of heat, this is definitely the place for you! My server, Yayoi, was fantastic. As soon as I sat down, she handed me the drink menu and quickly got me a beer. She consistently checked in on me as I was finishing my food and drink, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a wonderful first experience, and this has become my new favorite spot in Kansas City!

Excellent restaurant all the way around from the Food, Service pleasant Atmosphere! Restaurant was packed for lunch on Saturday, however nothing was compromised! Can’t wait to come back for Happy Hour next time around (4:30p-6:00p M-Thur)!

This is a fantastic neighborhood sushi restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food and service are exceptional. I tried the garlic butter edamame, the Coconut Gigolo Roll, and the Baked Salmon Roll, and they were all delicious. Kayla and Jess provided top-notch service. I highly recommend this place!

A wide variety of rolls, sushi/sashimi, and other dishes for folks who don't like the fishes.
