Piropos manages to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of setting itself apart from other local restaurant experiences, mainly because of the empanadas

On a recent visit to Kansas City, I asked my host where he would recommend a place for my husband and I to go for my birthday dinner and Piropos was chosen.
