Papa Johns Pizza - Kansas City

This restaurant is quite peculiar as all the staff seem to be hiding at the back of the store. Despite seeing me, they wouldn't come to the front desk until the pizza delivery driver arrived with my order, at which point five people suddenly appeared at the front of the store.

I recently moved from Blue Springs and decided to order pizza. I chose Papa John's because the one in Blue Springs is usually good and I've never had any issues with my order. However, this time they messed up my wings, forgot to give me any sauce, and left my pizza completely uncut. The staff seemed lazy and careless.

This place is fantastic! Everything was done perfectly. The stuffed crust and cheese sticks were delicious!

Pizza was ready before anticipated time and when I got there to pick it up, I didn’t have to wait long. They gave it to me right away, I was in and out!

Love Papa John's; they work so hard here. I wish the location was nicer it's in a beat up old strip mall. But the food is always good. And the staff work really hard to make it great. Thank you for your hard work.
