The credit card ordering kiosks don’t provide receipts, which I believe goes against credit card regulations. As a result, there’s no way to contest orders or address any missing items. Additionally, the kiosks are quite slow, making them much less efficient than placing orders with actual staff.
I’ve always adored Panera, and this location is my top choice. Their food is outstanding. However, I consistently run into problems when ordering coffee. Most recently, I ordered a latte, and when I arrived at work, I realized it was only filled halfway. I was charged for a large coffee, but they didn’t even fill the cup completely—what a laugh!
I stood at the counter forever waiting to be waited on until I just decided to use the kiosk. I would rather have talked to a person than punch my order into a screen that then wanted to be tipped. Got part of my order so just went up to the counter to grab a coffee cup for myself. Coffee urn empty. Not sure why the lack of service for a place that wasn't that busy.
The always reliable PB experience: good food, great people service, wrapped within a great facility! In this case, with the added bonus of being in Kansas City, KS/MO, in the LEGENDS Outlet Mall, not far from the baseball stadium, a soccer stadium facility and a NASCAR racing track and stadium. Wow
