Panera Bread - Kansas City

That's the worst panera I was also, especially because of the service I ordered. this woman, clara after my acknowledgement, but idk, if that is correct, was rude, impatient and dismissed. no one waited behind me so there was no excuse for how she was. Food: 3/5

The restaurant is very clean, and I received my food quickly. The staff is exceptionally generous.

The food we had was good, but the service was terrible. the online order was placed for our business over midday and paid at this time. they claimed that it had not come into their position until 1:05. it was about 13:08 to be finished. I realize that's impossible. but the staff sent to pick up was treated very badly. they were full of talk and lied to us when we first tried to talk out several, then they put us in the stop until we were separated. the gm was too busy in a meeting then gave them to support at picking up, they took an supplement, gave more talk and all the things our office did to adjust the afternoon dates. we were offered only some cookies as compensation, and it was rude and say that they used to mask the fact that they were behind them in their meals service. there were no apologies for the holding time or disconnection of the call. they never gave a responsibility and tried to apologise their way out of this terrible service. our entire office was written out for over 30 minutes, which led to massive changes at our dates and dates. I recommend you choose another location if you even want to panera. the service is terrible at this place, not at all friendly.

I ordered the soup and sandwich combo, while my colleague had the flatbread pizza and soup. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, and the service was excellent. There is ample parking available at this location.

I would have given a rating of 5 if they had more space, more stable staff, and a microwave for warming coffee.
