Nguyen Pho Grill - Kansas City

I had the brokkoli and tofu-pho, but they also had several other vegetarian options. I'm not sure if the broth is vegan or not. early roll are vegan.

Beef soup was great. All the food was delicious and comforting.

Not a fan of the spring roll was nothing more than shrimp chopped iceberg lettuce, but the Pho more than makes up for it. Nice atmosphere and service was friendly. We plan to visit again, maybe try something different. The only issue would be what to try next from a huge array of Vietnamese comfort dishes on their menu!

I get the cost of food has gone up, but the price to portion of Phó was not in line. Went there with a friend and got one small plate of bean sprouts and garnishes to share. There was barely any meat in the broth, which didn't have much flavor to it (I had to add a ton of hoison). I waited to write a review before I visited one of my favorite spots in Washington State to compare portions, price, and flavor. Wasn't even close at Nguyen Pho. The atmosphere is nice being near the City Market, and the restraunt is nice, but the food didn't hit like it should. Still on the search for good Phó in KC.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Their beef fried rice is the best I've ever had.
