Mcdonald's - Kansas City

I used my McDonald's app to get a McDouble and a small fries for just $2! The business was bustling, but the staff at the drive-thru were polite and speedy. There’s nothing like fresh, hot fries!

I'm in town with my boyfriend for work, staying at a hotel without cooking facilities, so we have to eat out. We chose this McDonald's nearby and unfortunately, our two experiences there were disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and both times they got our order completely wrong. The first time, I let it slide, but during the second visit, I went back three times, and they still couldn't get it right. Additionally, the employees all smelled strongly of marijuana, which might explain their lack of understanding or simply indifference towards our requests. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The atmosphere during the night shift is quite concerning, as it seems that half of the employees are under the influence of cannabis—the smell is quite strong coming from the second window. It makes me wonder how someone in management can maintain their position with issues like this. Additionally, although they advertise being open 24 hours, the store is actually closed from midnight to 5 AM.

35 minutes in the drive thru . I ordered a happy meal . Well at least the fries were hot . There were only about 4 cars in front of me too. Talk about slow . Never again . Homie was yelling at his kids in the lobby . I watched a lady restock the whole restaurant before I got my order . Avoid like the plague .

I have to give the APP curbside a failing grade. It took over 20 minutes to bring my food.
