Kfc - Kansas City

DOUBLE CHECK!!! DOUBLE CHECK!!! DOUBLE CHECK!!! This place is definitely not worth it! I ordered online thinking it would be quicker since it was lunchtime, but I was sorely mistaken. They messed up my order not once, not twice, but three times! First, I received the wrong sandwich. Then, instead of the chicken breast I ordered, they sent me two orders of biscuits. When I finally went back for the chicken breast, they gave me a thigh instead. To top it off, they told me there was nothing they could do since it was an online order. I wish I could give them zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service—would not recommend to anyone!

Awful service. I waited 43 minutes in line, and I was only the third car. When I got home, my order was incorrect... as usual! I'm tired of there always being a problem at this location. You can never go to this particular KFC and receive your order correctly, get warm food, or have it delivered in a timely manner. The staff (what little there is) is consistently rude and gives short, dismissive answers. It's incredibly slow. I'm very dissatisfied, and after previously experiencing issues without speaking up, this has pushed me to write this review. I expect to receive the correct order, warm food, in a timely manner, and without any attitude!

The manager was extremely rude, and the customer service was very poor. I would never return to this restaurant.

Every time I've visited this restaurant, I've encountered at least one customer expressing dissatisfaction. The manager is particularly unhelpful; instead of resolving issues, she tends to get involved in arguments. They really need to let this ineffective manager go.

The staff was very rude and not only accused me of placing the wrong order, but also dismissed our attempts to explain that the windows never close properly.
