Prefect place for a late evening snack. I had the philly cheese steak and was not disappointed. friendly staff and good food.

I love love love the red beans and rice here. Their hamburger is one of the best I've ever had. It's nothing fancy, just a burger, but it's always so savory. I also enjoy a French 75 most times I go. It's always made so very well. I can't say that's true at a good many places I've been. Oh, and the service is excellent.

I visited today for an early meal. Although the restaurant is a small space, they make the most of it. The decor is both tasteful and intriguing. Its location is strategic, and the ambiance is not overly indulgent. You walk in and find your own seat. My server was fantastic and attended to me quickly. I ordered the jerk dish, and it was delicious. The seasoning was just right, and the jerk sauce was bold and unique. The red beans and rice were also good, providing plenty of flavor.

The service here is outstanding, and the staff is truly wonderful! I really appreciate their support for local industry workers and their warm welcome to fellow bartenders. I will definitely make it a point to visit this place every time I'm in Kansas City!
