My friend NeNe introduced me to it about three years ago, and I've been obsessed ever since. I don't go too often because I like to keep it special, but every time I do, my order is ready quickly, and it's always hot and delicious.
I visited the drive-thru and encountered some issues while placing my order. The woman taking my order asked if I wanted a medium or large size, but I simply wanted the combo as advertised on the menu. She asked me twice more, almost as if she didn't understand or was trying to push me to specify medium or large. I just wanted the combo as it was presented. Then, when I got to the window, she seemed condescending, making me feel foolish for not selecting a size. It was quite rude to keep pressing for medium or large when I had already made my order clear. If the staff doesn't understand how to take orders, perhaps they should consider other roles, like cooking. I was left feeling uncomfortable and decided not to get any food. I suggest that someone like a manager supervise the order-taking process to improve the experience.
My primal sandwich looked nothing like the pictures in the ads. The top was dry, while the bottom was soggy. What on earth happened?
I never give stars to fast food places for the food itself. For me, it's all about the staff and the people working there that create a positive experience. The young workers (I’m only 31, can I refer to them as kids?) often look exhausted, but they still manage to perk up and treat me well. While I don’t have much to say, I do enjoy the burgers, and the fries are fantastic. I usually prefer Five Guys, but with gas prices being what they are, who can afford that right now? Setting aside any other concerns, this location is clean and well-maintained.
I'm not sure what has changed, but the service here has significantly improved, and the food was also enjoyable. I've visited three times in the last month. Keep up the great work!
