Final Cut Steakhouse Hollywood Casino Kansas City

The restaurant itself is clean, relatively quiet, and quite pretty, but it lacks attention to detail. We both ordered filet mignon, and unfortunately, both were overcooked. We didn't send them back, but looking back, we probably should have. This was our second visit; the first was about four years ago, and we had a great experience then. It was summer, so we enjoyed the racetrack view, thanks to the longer daylight hours. This time, however, it fell flat. Overall, it was just mediocre.

We arrived early so we we had a drink at the bar. Our bartender was excellent. She made us feel like we were talking to a old friend. We were seated early and our server, Aaron, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Food was delicious! Final Cut was an great choice for our anniversary dinner!

Server was great. All the staff was very attentive and friendly.

The bone in rib eye was very good!! It was a nice quiet atmosphere and a good overall steak house.

We celebrated Valentine's Day with dinner at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was the worst dining experience we've ever had. The prix fixe menu wasn't an issue, but each course seemed to be worse than the last. The lobster was overcooked to the point that it felt like cutting through rubber with a steak knife. I eventually gave up and took it home for my cat. The crème brûlée lacked the signature crisp caramelized top and was instead soggy and dull. I can't find a single redeeming quality in the food. However, I must commend our server, who was excellent.
