Dairy Queen - Kansas City

My grandkids and I came through the drive-thru today for cones and our little dachshund's first Pup Cup. Dairy Queen now has a new doggie fan! Thanks, DQ!

Great staff very friendly and helpful in navigating the mobile app. Love this location conveniently located we love using the mobile app and either picking up curbside or through the drive thru. Always gives plenty of napkins and service with a smile. Keep up the awesome work and the manager is super friendly as well.

We had a taste/craving for a old fashion banana split, but we didn't want to travel far. It did the trick, the size is much smaller then we remembered back in the day, we brought it home and added pecans to it, it stop the craving....for the moment lol

We pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru and after a couple of minutes heard, Irder when ready, very faintly. We then had to repeat our order because her headset cut out. When we finally got to the window, the girl had absolutely no idea how to do our app rewards. After we told her how to scan, she did, closed the window and came back a couple minutes later saying it didn 't take and we had to do it again. When we got our order, the two blizzards were shake consistency, pouring out all over the cups. We had to ask for extra napkins to clean up their mess before we could even bring them inside our car. It 's definitely time to find a new Saturday ice cream place.
