Cold Stone Creamery - Kansas City

Ice cream is delicious at all locations but the staff at this one was incredible, so friendly and nice, definitely the quality of service that is hard to find now a days!

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and get a call on the way to pick it up 2 days later and they totally messed it all up and tried to make me accept a tiny round cake as a replacement definitely will not ever waste my time with this place ever againstick to Hyvee if you want a nice custom cake.

The staff at this location always have a positive attitude and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. My daughter and I love going to this location.

Twice in a row I've come up here and they've been out of cake better ice cream. Tonight they were out of cake batter and cones. Needless to say we left without purchasing anything and went elsewhere. Beyond frustrating when you make a special trip upthere and they are out of everything you went up there for. Not sure why they can't beef up their production in the store during the summer and especially when there are events going on. We won't be attempting to go back now that we have struck outtwice. Parking is a nightmare on top of it all!

I got the love it size Silk brand chocolate almond milk ice cream, almond milk shake which was excellent
