I would hope that with the amount of business this situation gets her this figure up to now or stop citing lead meals ready in 15 minutes if it takes an hour.
This place was once great. then during and after the pandemic they wanted to go into an almost food delivery restaurant such as taco bell. the priority is to order and deliver app people to go. when they go and wait in the line, then they will wait forever as they order online and delivery app while there is a line to the door. it's beyond down in the years I'm there, and I'm finally not going back.
This has to be the WORST managed Chipotle in the KC Area. The only reason I keep coming here is because it is across the street from my house. This last trip has pushed me to make this review. We just waited in line for 10 minutes to get our food and everything was cold. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted. There was no ice in the coke machine. How do you serve cold food? This place has consistently had issues. I will never be coming back here again. The manager just sits there and watches his staff completely mess up and do giant to go orders while paying customers have to wait in a giant line. I hope corporate sees this and makes management/ownership adjustment. It is very obvious there is zero training going on for the staff.
I wish this kid had a name tag because I’d like to say his name in the review. He was wearing glasses and was at the start of the line, I want to give him props for how well spoken he was and how calm/polite he was when they were busy. When he got backed up with online orders while I was about to start my order he apologized but then continued a good conversation with me while he was working on the online orders. Then after he got me squared away, a lady came up behind me and he started asking her questions about her day/if she was dressed up for any reason in particular . The lady even mentioned that he made her feel special by asking. Whatever his name was, every establishment needs more people like him working there.
I ordered around 9:15-9:25 and got the steak bowl. It was hands down the best chipotle I've ever had! They went over the top and they all deserve a raise. This meal made my night. Everyone was more than perfect.
