Burnt End Bbq Crown Center

Our server was quite attentive—perhaps a bit too much at times—but it's certainly preferable to being overlooked. The food came out promptly after we ordered. However, I was surprised to find that a BBQ restaurant had run out of brisket. Overall, it was a good experience.

The food was good, but it didn't impress me significantly. The server wasn't very familiar with the beers on tap and accidentally brought me the wrong one (I drank it anyway, so it wasn't a huge issue). The ambiance, however, was quite nice.

I had a delicious burnt ends bowl that came with baked beans, cornbread squares, and onion straws! The presentation of the food was stunning, and the wait staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

The service and atmosphere do not live up to the quantity or quality of the food. My wife, son, and I received lukewarm meals, and the mac and cheese lacked any authentic taste. The pulled BBQ beef was mostly fat. I cannot recommend this place if you're looking for authentic flavors that truly satisfy. The only positive aspect of our visit was the waitress, but I wouldn't come back for the food.

Visited twice in one day, once for lunch and once for dinner. Got the burger for lunch and it was super delicious, the cold slaw was delicious as well. Dinner I got the two meat platter, chicken and beef bbq, both were very tasty but the portions were very small. That’s the only think keeping it from 5 stars. Drinks were on the strong side so that’s also a plus. Never been to KC before. Good place for a stop.
