Burger Theory Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport

Did even stay to eat. Went because they advertised online that they were participating in Restaurant week. When we arrived we were told that they were not participating so we left.

The young lady at the front was very nice and helpful, our server was a older guy and he was also good, but the manager not good at all he was going off on the older guy about a check at another table right in front of people, not good management at all

We made reservations for 6pm for 4 people. We show up at 6pm and the place is packed and a sign says seat yourself. I tracked down a waitress and said we had reservations and I'm told they do not take reservations it's first come first served. We had to wait outside for 45 minutes for a table to open up. Service was horrible once we got a table.

Staff was overwhelmed so service was lacking. It was seat yourself with no tables available. Why did I make a reservation

They did not have my reservation. But was seated anyway. There was on servers working the entire restaurant. They were slammed. They did the best they could but we waited for over min to order our food. I felt very bad for the gentleman covering the tables. The burgers were great but the fries were not hot. I over heard another guest say their reservation was lost as well
