Przekaż informację zwrotnąOur meal was quite disappointing. We ordered the shrimp pasta and the chicken scallopini, but the portions on our plates were only about a quarter of what we expected for a dinner.
We waited over 30 minutes for a table, despite having a reservation. They explained that they needed to wait for two tables to be combined for our group of five, but we had already reserved for five, so I felt it should have been ready. On a positive note, the service from our waiter was excellent. He was quick, attentive, and made sure our drinks were served on the rocks.
Wyatt, our dedicated server, was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. We had an early dinner for New Year's, and we were not disappointed!
Nice atmosphere, food good, service needs improvement
Was promptly sat at the time of our reservation. Was greeted by the waitress Maleah. She was polite but seemed more interested in arranging glasses and cleaning g the service area than she was on attending us. I had to ask for a refills on my drink. Our food took about 45 minutes to arrive and when it did our pasta was dried out and stuck together and the Alfredo sauce had developed a film across the top. The food was still warm but was not hot as if it had been sitting in the window for an extended period. A waitress other than ours delivered our meals even though our waitress was standing by the serving bar. I mentioned to our waitress that our food seemed to have been sitting for a bit and she muttered an apology. I would have asked to speak to a manager but we had an engagement to attend and we were running short on time
