The bison sausage gravy was flavorful. The sweets board was great. If your in town stop in for breakfast.
Our server Mariah was excellent!!! She managed the restaurant so well, and unfortunately had to deal with difficult customers, but handled it so well.
We went on a Saturday at last minute and figured it would be busy. It was. On our way to the location we reserved a table and it gave a 45 minute wait as 5 parties were ahead of us. Once arrived, we actually only waited about 25 minutes. Our server was Angie and she was very efficient, friendly and patient (my hubs is picky but never really knows what he wants to eat). The food didn't take long to come out. I had Chicken and waffles. I asked for them to come out hot, and they did just that. The waffles were amazing. The Chicken was bland and, unfortunately, a little hard. To be fair it comes with an aoili sauce which I asked them to put on side because I wasn't sure I would like it. It is seasoned well and probably, why the Chicken didn't have season. I would order again for the waffles alone. The hubs had farmers breakfast, and he had no complaints. This is usually the reverse reaction, so I was happy he was happy.
I picked this place because the reviews look good and thoughts and I'll probably never be in this area again we would try a little place downtown. I had the biscuits and gravy, and my wife had one of the build your own breakfast. Overall I was just not impressed with the food. It seem like it had everything that we wanted but just not done right. The sausage in my biscuits and gravy I think was supposed to be bison. I couldn't taste any sausage flavoring. My wife had sausage with hers but I swear it was hamburger with seasoning in it. Not really bad mouthing the place it's just definitely not my jam.
