Latest subway I was there. Clean inside and outside. The girls who work were the friendliest I've ever met. Very recommended to this subway.
Evelyn and this subway offered the WORST customer service experience I had EVER. I have an order online via Subway.com to 1/23 around approx. 4:00 o'clock placed. I tried to call the site to be sure that my order was roasted. I called four times and finally left a voicemail. Almost an hour without updating to my order. I called again and spoke to an employee who said they didn't take DoorDash orders. I explained I ordered by Subway.com and she said her boss had instructed her to close. I wanted to talk to her boss, and she said he was going on. I called back twice and was sent to Voicemail. I then got a call from the van that they had a sign on their door that they were closed for lack of personnel. I apologized to her and she said she would cancel the order on the Door Dash side. Then I called the place twice without answer. When I called for a third time, I left a voicemail. Halfway through my voicemail, someone picked up. I asked about her name and she said "subway worker". I expressed my situation and she said: My boss told us to close? to whom I asked to speak to her boss, and she said he wasn't there. I asked how I could contact him or a customer service and she said she couldn't tell me. I asked how I could get my money back as it had already been charged, and she said I should cancel the order. When I asked how, she said she didn't know, but would try to quit. I asked again what to do, and she said I could come and see her boss the next day. She went on to say she was out of the clock and only answered my call because I was upset in my voicemail. I asked again about her name to which she asked why. After significant hin and Her, she said it was Evelyn.
It is not fast and easy, ordered on the app got the message it was ready for pickup after 15 minutes. When in nothing on the rack, the bathroom came out, thought it was there, Nope. Asked about my order, said she didn't get any veggie pleasure sub order, elderly lady saw in a envelope, the order made my sub. Before I left, the bread was burned hard. I asked for a refund. They don't wear red pepper.
2 6 inch tuna subs, what I want, under $10. Jimmy johns 2 for $15.59. Jimmy was vaccinated while my sub was fresh and got the bread with the cheese. Metro
