Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Kannapolis

I had the best experience at this Popeyes on S Cannon in Kannapolis the Manger Elijah was awesome great customer service and my food was hot and ready I frequent there alot and its such a pleasure to find a fast food restaurant that you feel comfortable and welcome 10 out of tenParking: Numerous spots to Park and very accessible

As a fired chicken lover, popeyes is always my go to but this one as well as the other on 29 in concord nc, need serious improvement. Both locations always have a limited menu due to the high demand of popular products, but it doesn’t seem that someone in upper management is doing anything to improve supply.

It was so good the chicken was good and the fries our so good good

I don't understand how this location is still in business. We had a 14 minute wait at the drive through window to place an order. Nobody ever came back to the mic to acknowledge us. We rolled up to the window after placing the order through the APP. After 48 minutes, the food was finally ready. Over a dozen cars pulled up and tried to wait to place their orders through the drive through but ended up pulling off since the line was so backed up. The corporate office should really visit this horrible location. They're a disgrace at least at this one in Kannapolis. My first and last time here. Poor reflection of a place that typically does well in other areas.

The food was great but it's sad that they only can have 3 workers working at a time.
