Papa Johns Pizza - Kannapolis

I always order garlic knots and ask for pizza sauce to go with them, along with extra pizza sauce. However, they frequently mess up my order and send extra garlic butter instead of the pizza sauce. Tonight, when I called to address the issue, the manager hung up on me. He said he would give me a credit for the pizza sauce but not for the garlic knots. But how am I supposed to enjoy the garlic knots without the pizza sauce that I specifically ordered?

I ordered a pizza for my son while we enjoyed watching basketball. He loves Domino's, but I prefer Papa John's. Since we were watching the game, we decided to try the Shaqaroni pizza. The estimated delivery time was 35 minutes, but it arrived in just 25! The pizza was hot and looked fantastic, piled high with pepperoni and cheese on each of the great New York-style slices. The pepperoni had a nice crunch, which I really loved. Overall, it was a great pizza for just $13.99!

The person who handled my order was quite unpleasant. He didn’t greet us warmly and seemed irritated to be there. His demeanor was very unfriendly. Food rating: 3/5.

I have tried to get pizza from this place and have some problems. the girl that worked was clearly high (they were eyes velvet) and she stared at me all the time. they told us: “You can’t hire the pick-up because we are closed. they can provide an order for delivery.” so we tried. then we were told: “We have no delivery drivers available.” I was in charge when the two workers worked. Why do they tell us that they can “suppliers” but then they tell us that they have no one available?

This papa John's is the best one I've been to by far. Man behind counter tonight was on top of everything. In and out. Lovin' itFood: 5/5
