Przekaż informację zwrotnąI'm a loyal Dunkin client. ordered by the app, got my drink and was disgusting. it was nothing like I had ordered. they were inside and didn't seem harassed, as if they knew that they did it wrong. they drank again, had hardly tasted. depending on who works when they get the right drink or not. very disappointed in customer service in the last months.
That’s the slowest dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, no matter how many cars are in line, expect to wait 20-30 minutes. I have worked in the service industry so I understand how the dinge can happen, but this is a management and training problem. Unfortunately, it's the most convenient for me, but I'm about to apply the local shops.
If I could give this place, I would. Here's a sweat. They're always rude. the management has no personality, and the young girl who works here is the rudest of the crew. She forgets that her microphones are on and she talks rudely about something I have ordered. I will never go back to the load, and I will let all my staff also know not to waste their time in the load they wait 30 minutes until they do not even have what they want. corporate must do something about this charging. the load is a sweat.
I have lived in Kannapolis as long as I can remember and never was I ever in a restaurant with one of the most respectful friendliness girls if I am not mistaken, was their name ashlynn. I always came to dunkin every day, but I stayed a few months ago coming, I had recently a friend of mine saying that they stopped by and the service was amazing that I had to see it for my own, boyyyy I can tell them that this young lady helped me choose my donuts drinking and eating (the by the way I did not notice it before hahaha) normally I was not reviewing a few times. I spoke to the manager now and she was a sweet heart! I love the new management and the hard work to make a friendly and amazing atmosphere, I will definitely stop at every day.
I stopped coming to this Dunkin because they always got my order wrong or the coffee was just disgusting. I came back because they have a new coffee I wanted to try, the first two time where good but the third time I came back and it was amazing not only the drink but the best customer service I have ever received and it was from a teenager. His name is Raylenn and he has the best attitude and overall exceptionally wonderful people skills. The new team they have and the manager Glenni I believe that's how you spell her name are fantastic.. keep up the good work..
