Dunkin' - Kannapolis

We visited the drive-thru at this location at 7:30 on a Wednesday, as their website indicates they close at 8. However, no one came to take our order, so we decided to park and go inside, only to find that the door was locked. If they aren't going to keep the doors open, the hours on the website definitely need to be updated.

This location is horrible. Stopped here with my SIL, ordered 2 donuts and a large caramel coffee. We waited 10 minutes for our 1 drink and it was awful! So much caramel flavor it tasted like alcohol. It wasn't worth waiting another 10+ minutes to tell them. But the employee was friendly if that counts.

The head Barista made our morning!! She made our coffee just right with a smile on her face the whole time! She was so sweet and definitely deserves a raise. We will return anytime we go to the local Sam’s behind this Duncan just to see her!

I am a loyal Dunkin customer. Ordered through the app received my drink and was disgusting. It was nothing like I ordered. Went inside and didn't seem bothered grinned like they knew they made it wrong. They remade drink barely had any flavor. Depending on who is working if you get the correct drink or not. Very disappointed in customer service the last couple of months.

The kindness is what did it for me! I'm a driver passing through from Georgia and the wonderful customer service made me feel at home away from home! Most definitely stopping by again!
