Casa Grande Mexican - Kannapolis

Weekday lunch time, not crowded at all. 20 minutes before a server even came by. The food was meant, nothing special. Service was lousy.

Food is absolutely to die for. Some staff sit around on their phones and ignore patrons while others bust it out and do great. Overall good place.

After the many times we have been coming here, today we had many complications. Firstly, the service of the waitress was terrible due to not regularly checking on us to see if we were ok with drinks or food, and then walk away when we were trying to speak to the waitress of our needs. Secondly, discrepancy between the cost of the same meal with a outdated menu to a new menu. Along with this, after we brought this to their attention, they began to give out the new menus to customers. Thirdly, when we were communicating about the prices, we asked why the menus wasn't updated, and their excuse was because the system wasn't updated, so they used the new menus prices for the cost. In fact, they were off Mondays, so why did they not updated the prices before opening or wait until the following Monday besides changing it while being open. In other words, they want to get more money out from us then the actual prices. Don't get me wrong though, the food is amazing! However, the management and service is terrible.

Visited for lunch and the food was standard Mexican fare. Service was slow and I ran out of my drink which automatically deducted a star.

This place is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! The restaurant is always clean, the service is FANTASTIC and always super friendly, the food is DELICIOUS! This is our go-to place! We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!
