Panchshil Lodge - Kanhawadi Rd

I had a train to board from Ghoradongri and had arrived at bus stop approx. an hour before the scheduled time. Was walking towards station and saw this restaurant. I was hungry so thought of trying it. The owner cooked fresh tasty food at nominal rate within minutes and served it smoking hot with complimentary salad and homemade pickle. Do give it a shot and u would definitely enjoy the hot meal served with pure hospitality. I had a chat with the owner later and came to know that his father had started the restaurant appx. 40 years ago and his son has taken over and feels proud for maintaining the taste and serving his guests. Ofcourse his father would have been so proud seeing his son running the restaurant successfully.

Everything is good to eat. There is no shortage of services. You will feel like home.

It's a typical dhaba. With limited menu. Egg curry was good. Egg bhurji pulao is okayish. Rude owner. Worst waiter. Home delivery not available even if you offer them extra cash for delivery. (Sic)
