Hardware Cafe - KANGY ANGY

For someone who doesn't enjoy going to hardware stores, this cafe was a pleasant surprise. The hot chocolate was delightful and there were numerous food options that were made quickly. However, there weren't many healthy choices available.

It may seem a bit strange to find a café inside a hardware store, but the coffee here is top-notch! Located in Bunnings in Tuggerah, this café is a hidden gem among the plants and outdoor furniture. The main reason for this review is the surprisingly high quality of the coffee. The barista is skilled and knowledgeable, using freshly ground beans and a meticulously cleaned machine. While you won't find a crowd dressed up for a morning coffee at this hardware café, it's a great spot for a delicious brew while browsing the aisles. I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy a great cup of coffee if you're in the area. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

A little unusual to review a cafe in a hardware store, but the coffee is actually really very good! This little cafe sits inside Bunnings at Tuggerah, NSW. The aspect is what you might expect, of course - hardware. :-). It sits in between the plant nursery and the outdoor furniture sections, so pleasant enough. The reason for the review, though is the coffee - surprisingly good! The barrister knows her coffee - single origin coffee, machine cleaned daily with all the right procedures, good milk handling. I'll admit there aren't crowds of people dressing up for morning coffee at the Hardware Cafe, but it has become yet another good reason for us menfolk to browse the aisles of DIY paraphernalia while having a really good coffee as part of the excursion. My recommendation: If you are in the vicinity call in and enjoy the really good coffee - you'll be pleasantly surprised.

In the future, archaeologists will be curious about what this previously flourishing establishment provided, and their conclusion will be "everything".
