KFC - Kangaroo Point

I received my chicken dish and it appeared a bit unusual. It was visually appealing and made me very hungry. The meal was delicious and I will definitely return for more.

Twice in a row, the staff at this KFC failed to give us an item we had paid for. The first time, we chalked it up to an accident, but when the same item was forgotten on our second visit, we were disappointed. Despite trying to call repeatedly, the phone went unanswered. Not great customer service!

I ordered a 5-piece traditional Zinger Burger Meal and a small portion of potato gravy from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the chicken in the 5-piece pack was overcooked, dry, and tasteless, making it inedible. It was the night of the AFL grand finale, so I was unable to return to complain and no one answered the phone when I tried to contact them. I have purchased from this restaurant before, but I will not be doing so again.

Don’t waste your time that is unless you have half an hour to waste. I’m still sitting in drivethru on a Thursday night, have waited 20 mins so far... yet to place order with one car in front of me. I gave up waiting at the box

Fast service (though I saw a lot of people queuing for the drive through), great chicken. Would've wanted menus placed beside the registers too, just to make it easier to see the text on them.
