Jack In The Box - Kaneohe

Jack in the box was pretty good honestly I couldnt think of anything else to say since it is a fast food restaurant. But i am never disappointed when i go.

The cashier didn't listen, the drinks were leaking and wrong. I tried to get another cup to replace it, it to was leaking. After a 2 minute conversation to get a different cup, we gave up there. The chicken ranch sandwich was dried out like the chicken was old and tuff. Hard to chew. The egg rolls were on point and super fresh as well as curly fries! Best curly fries I've ever had. Tried multiple times to let the cashier make it right and it was like she was just zoned out, not there.. spacey. Idk, first time experience with Jack and the box. Impressive menu, let down service will try again in the future, but a different location. Clean restaurant and the egg rolls were on point and super fresh as well as curly fries! Always a satisfied customer. Never had I have a problem with my orders or wait time in line. I especially love the 2tacos, Poppers and breakfast Jack sandwich. The cost of most items are reasoable and affordable. There's always a new item offered occasionally. I love jack!

Daily stop for fresh brewed ice tea! Service is always friendly

I just received my food from there, and everything was cold. It was terrible; I paid nearly $50 for cold food and experienced poor service. Thumbs down! They need better employees. This was on April 30, 2023, at 1 PM.
